What if you’re looking for a job, you go to GlassDoor.com, you see that this company has 748 reviews, and they’re all 4 star?

Another prospective company has no reviews. Would the 748 reviews sway your decision? Maybe. You know what work is going to be like there, you have almost 750 people telling you about it. In contrast, what if it’s a company that has upwards of 60,000 reviews online that are bad reviews, employees complaining about the company they work for? Would you want to go work there?

What about if you’re looking for a university or a preschool for your child? Your children are important to you. Do reviews play into your decision? Of course, you’re definitely going to seek reviews.
