Customers want to see pictures of you, the people who’re going to be providing them a service. Or maybe a picture of your finished product, what they will be paying for. They do not want to see your cool new truck or a pretty sky. This is very simple yet a lot of people have trouble accepting it.
Your business website is not a tool to bring you new friends who like your truck. Your business website should make prospective customers feel what they will feel when they walk into your establishment. It should show them what to expect the situation to be like when they walk in.
What if your website hasn’t yet generated a handful of reviews? Your prospective customer’s next move will be to find out what you look like, how your staff is represented, what your dinner courses look like. Head shots and professional photography is a wise investment.
Build a rapport with pictures before your customer arrives. Be familiar and correctly represented. Pictures can make or break a prospective customer relationship.
